Okay, I entered 's Vanessa Lake contest and didn't become a finalist, or even a semi-finalist. I thought my entries were, well, better than average. I guess that others didn't see it that way. Here they are [link] [link] I know that I shouldn't make art for the sake of others, but I feel kinda down that others didn't like my entries. The bad thing is that I tried my best. Okay the pirate one was kind of goofy and was simply me just having fun, but the space one I really tried hard. I look at it now and I could have done a more dynamic pose and had better lighting. Still I thought I did a pretty good job. There might be a possibility that I'm not as good as I think I am. Nah, that couldn't be it.
